Community-based record label HRDRV invites music fans, artists, executives, and anyone in between to join in the first ever Beta Fest in Brooklyn, NY on April 21, 2024. The full-day immersive music industry experience will feature eight expertly curated VIP panels, 30 artist performances, and the fifth annual HRDRV Awards honoring standout artists, songwriters, producers, and team members within HRDRV’s community–all at Elsewhere’s beloved multi-room music venue, nightclub, and art space in the heart of Bushwick’s Arts District. Festival goers will begin their day gleaning wisdom from the sharpest minds in the industry, then break it down on the dancefloor with a killer lineup of stars. 

HRDRV hosted hybrid virtual and in-person events from Long Beach, CA in 2021 and Downtown LA in 2022 before hosting its first fully in-person event in West Hollywood in 2023. Now HRDRV brings the action to the East Coast for the first time.

Beta Fest is our chance to bring all of these inspiring people together in one place to connect, empower, and celebrate each other.”

After more than a decade in the music industry, multi-platinum songwriter and Forbes 30 Under 30 Lister Michaela “Mickey” Shiloh founded HRDRV–leveraging her hard-earned expertise and growing network to help up-and-coming artists, producers, and songwriters navigate their careers.
